Fantastic craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. My husband lost his wedding band on our return flight from overseas celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. Our anniversary was we can have later and found madani rings, they had the perfect design looks just like my husband's previous wedding ring from 15 years ago but added three diamonds for our three sons. I placed the order on a Wednesday and emailed them asking if it was at any all possible for them to have it completed and to me by the following Tuesday because our anniversary was the next day and I wanted to surprise my husband. The certainly delivered my husband was surprised and they helped make a sad situation joyful.
Exceeded expectations, customer service is amazing from start to finish. I was skeptical at first but they are prompt to answer questions and request. The product looks great and I hope that it will be something I will wear for a long time. They offered alternatives at no cost. Everything from start to finish was done very professional. They kept us in the loop the entire time during creation. They ensured we had the correct size and even Fedex us "ring sizers". The ring arrived right on time, and we couldn't be happier with it. Thank you Madani.
I was scared to order a ring for my fiance online but Madani sent us ring sizers to ensure we picked the right size which I thought was great! Customer service was excellent. When emailed they responded very quickly and friendly 10/10 experience!
The ring is better in person!! We love it. The customer service was amazing. If I sent an email, I would receive a prompt response. They were very thorough in making sure the ring was exactly right…from size to engraving. I would definitely recommend this business for quality and service.
